What you will do::

Lead the initiative in training and developing warehouse personnel into a high-performing team

Develop and implement effective warehouse processes that align seamlessly with our company's high standards

Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring they are finely tuned and executed properly

Maintaining optimal inventory levels, accurate record-keeping, and smooth material movement will be second nature to you

Ensure the cleanliness and safety of warehouse, yard, and store

Collaborate with our Regional Safety Manager to uphold the highest safety standards, supervising protocols reporting, and operational functions

Monitor employee performance through thorough evaluations and, when necessary, handle disciplinary actions with comprehensive documentation

What you will bring::

Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience;

Proven proficiency in talent assessment, mentoring, and coaching

Excellent judgment, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
