Job Title: Automotive Store Manager

At Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and promote products and services to guests.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, guest care specialists, and assistant store managers to ensure excellent guest service and sales performance.
  • Ensure the store is effectively staffed and managed, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and developing teammates.
  • Manage expense control, inventory, and store maintenance to ensure efficient operations and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Provide direction and oversight to technicians and assist with services and repairs as needed.
  • Audit courtesy inspections and ensure the store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards.
  • Schedule guest appointments and assign teammates according to their skill level for efficient and timely completion of vehicle services and repairs.
  • Achieve Monro's sales goals by properly informing and recommending tire and service products and sales promotions.
  • Attend to all guest needs in areas of sales, service, complaints, and adjustments.
  • Build guest relationships to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, governmental standards, and ASNI/OSHA standards.
  • Maintain technical knowledge and capabilities through timely completion of required Monro University training courses and modules.
  • Operate, utilize, and maintain all equipment in a safe manner in accordance with Monro and equipment manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive sales and service management.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay Range: $50,000-$70,000 per year
