About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Dispatch Coordinator to join our team-oriented environment at Balance Staffing. This individual will provide exceptional customer service, supporting our laboratory with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver seamless transitions of samples from clients to our lab
  • Dispatching: Coordinate and schedule service providers efficiently
  • Data Entry: Process and review samples from various locations
  • Organization: Maintain accurate records and schedules
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Data entry accuracy and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent telephone and written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivation and a quick learning ability
Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $18 per hour, with benefits including health insurance.

Location

Yuma, AZ - Shift Needed: Tuesday through Saturday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (flexibility preferred)
