Requirements:
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening.
- Capability to obtain necessary state pesticide licensure within 90 days of employment, supported by company training programs.
- A Commercial Driver's License within the first 90 days of employment.
- Meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties, including:
- Using ladders within the manufacturer's weight limits.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Accessing crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc.
- Working in various weather conditions.
Skills:
- Flexibility: Some knowledge required.
- Customer Service: Intermediate skills preferred.
- Self-Management: Some knowledge required.
- Driving: Intermediate skills preferred.
Education:
High School diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
Less than 1 year of experience in a fieldwork capacity is preferred.
