Job Summary

KRA Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Coach to join our team. As a Career Coach, you will play a critical role in helping individuals achieve their employment goals by providing expert coaching and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide career counseling and case management services to clients within the One-Stop system.
  • Assess clients' employment and training needs and abilities through interviewing, testing, and other methods.
  • Enter data into and process client information through the participant information system and other databases as required.
  • Guide clients through the preparation of individual employment plans (IEPs) based on their specific career and educational goals.
  • Counsel clients on the local labor market, available job opportunities, training programs, and other services provided by partners.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, job clubs, and other group presentations.
  • Maintain accurate individual case files for each registered client, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Administer reading and mathematics appraisals to determine clients' reading, math, and language competencies.
  • Develop comprehensive Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) for all clients and provide referral and tracking services.
  • Provide 12-month post-exit follow-up services for all registered clients, including retention and supportive services.
  • Meet and/or exceed program benchmarks, completing all required reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or eight years of professional work experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience combining elements of training, coaching, counseling, and/or case management.
  • Personal computer literacy, including effective use of the Internet, email, video conferencing, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn and efficiently utilize various case management software programs.
