Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Auditor - AVP to join our team at ACG Resources. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for managing and performing internal audits in the U.S., with a focus on credit and lending.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and Execute Audits: Develop and execute audit plans in accordance with audit policies, professional and regulatory standards.
  • Draft Audit Reports: Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor and Execute Validation Testing: Conduct validation testing of assigned audit and regulatory findings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform Continuous Monitoring: Identify key changes and emerging risks through continuous monitoring activities.
  • Develop Relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong Knowledge of Commercial Banking: Possess a deep understanding of commercial banking, credit, and lending activities.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrate strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Audit Principles and Techniques: Have knowledge of audit principles, processes, techniques, and tools, with experience with TeamMate+ preferred.
  • Data Analytics: Familiarity with data-driven approaches and knowledge of data analytics techniques and systems is a plus.
Qualifications
  • 5+ Years of Relevant Audit Experience: Possess at least 5 years of relevant audit experience in banking and credit/lending.
  • Experience in Foreign Bank Organizations: Experience in foreign bank organizations is preferred.
  • Accounting or Finance Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
  • Professional Certifications: Possess certifications such as CPA, CIA, CAMS, or CISA or equivalent.
Salary

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill, with a range of $110,000 - $135,000.
