Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service to all guests
  • Ensure a five-diamond representation of the resort at all times
  • Understand all tasks in the outlet and have knowledge of all event activities, including location, time, and event details
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
  • Two years of security experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
