Job Summary

Kelly is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team at Bausch & Lomb in Clearwater. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing various operations in the fabrication of intraocular lenses according to production specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct lens molding, machining, lens polishing, finished production inspections, and primary packaging
  • Ensure product meets all acceptable criteria per SOPs
  • Follow all FDA/CGMP regulations regarding traceability and safety procedures
  • Support, encourage, and participate in team-related activities
  • Assist in training manufacturing associates
  • Report unusual conditions and problems to supervisor and manufacturing lead
  • Practice good housekeeping
Requirements
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • One or more years of manufacturing-related work experience; or equivalent combined of education and experience
  • IOL manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of clean-rooms specific to proper clean-room behavior (preferred)
  • Able to work 12 hours Night Shift
