$11-$15/hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and prioritizing customer satisfaction while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.- Maintain accurate customer records and engage in regular follow-ups, participating in community events related to the business.

- Execute all retail transactions efficiently.

- Keep the workspace and store environment clean and organized.
- Open and close the store as required.

- Ensure cleanliness by managing any incidents and maintaining a dust-free environment.
- Adhere to operational policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Support loss prevention efforts in line with company guidelines.
- Uphold the brand's image by presenting a professional appearance at all times.
- Availability to work on weekends and weekdays.
- Ensure the store is consistently clean and presentable.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A genuine love for working with animals.
- Proven retail experience is essential.
- Capability to lift weights up to 45+ pounds.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with an understanding of how to create a superior service experience for pet owners.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Enjoyment in interacting with people and a knack for sales.
- A dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all clients.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Experience in a pet store setting is preferred.
