Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. This position combines remote work with in-person responsibilities, offering flexibility while maintaining a hands-on approach to client care.

Responsibilities
  • Treatment Development and Implementation: Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, ensuring the highest quality of care.
  • Assessment and Data Analysis: Conduct assessments and data analysis to track client progress, making informed decisions to enhance treatment effectiveness.
  • Supervision and Support: Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Clinical Collaboration: Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care, promoting optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs is essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is vital.
