About the Role:

This Advanced Autism Therapist position plays a vital role in developing and implementing effective treatment plans for clients. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) working with clients, ensuring they receive high-quality support and guidance.
  2. Develop child-specific behavior plans in accordance with ABA principles, tailoring them to meet each client's unique needs.
  3. Train staff on client behavior treatment plans, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  4. Conduct weekly reviews of data to ensure treatment effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
  5. Modify programs that are not making progress or that the client has mastered, staying up-to-date with best practices in ABA.
  6. Conduct assessments, track authorizations, and monitor behavior plans, ensuring seamless coordination with other teams.
  7. Participate in BCBA group meetings and 1:1 meetings with the Clinical Integrity Officer, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  8. Provide regular parent/caretaker training, maintaining knowledge of different programs and certifications through CEU events.
  9. Supervise RBTs working towards BCBA certification, conducting weekly competencies to ensure they meet the necessary standards.
  10. Review session notes for accuracy, provide feedback, and proactively manage and develop RBT staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
  • Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices.
  • Extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis, previous supervision experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including generous paid time off, hiring bonuses, relocation assistance, and professional development CEU stipends.

Work Environment:

  • Noise level is moderate to loud.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
