Job Title: Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

Filson is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team during peak business periods. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our store operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a luxury experience to all store clientele, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales goals, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our store.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the Filson product, including its features, benefits, and applications.
  • Perform duties related to opening and closing the store, including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a consistent store aesthetic.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform other physical demands of the job.
