Job Summary

We're seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store culture.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and proactively approach them to support their shopping experience
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in customers' sports or activities and provide expert advice on products
  • Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and promote company programs
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected
  • Perform other tasks as necessary to support the team and store
Requirements
  • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15-35 lbs. items occasionally
  • Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time
