Join Our Team as a Clinician-Educator in General Internal Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated clinician-educator to join our team in the Department of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and UPMC. As a clinician-educator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and teaching medical students and internal medicine residents in the outpatient and inpatient settings.

About the Role
  • Provide high-quality patient care in urban academic referral hospitals and primary care academic clinics
  • Teach and mentor medical students and internal medicine residents in the outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Develop and implement educational programs and curricula at the UME, GME, and CME levels
  • Contribute to clinical research and medical education initiatives within the division
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board-eligible or certified in Internal Medicine
  • Advanced training in medical education, MPH, or MS in medical education (or similar)
  • Significant teaching experience
