Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture relationships with clients to assess their insurance requirements.
- Promote and sell a diverse range of insurance products to both individuals and businesses.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Evaluate market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and suggest suitable insurance solutions.
- Prepare detailed quotes and presentations, ensuring timely processing of applications and policy issuance.
- Design and execute marketing strategies aimed at generating new leads.
- Demonstrated experience in insurance sales, particularly in benefits administration.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
- Strong telemarketing abilities to generate leads and finalize sales.
- Active Texas Department of Insurance General Lines Property & Casualty and Life, Accident, Health & HMO licenses.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in insurance sales.
- Comprehensive understanding of various insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients effectively.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and possess a robust work ethic.
- Proven capability to generate leads and manage your workload independently.

Compensation: Base pay of $2,600 per month plus commission ranging from 4% to 8%. Top performers have the potential to earn significantly.

- Property & Casualty License (required).
- Accident & Health Insurance License (required).
