Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our culinary team at Global Partners LP. As a Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain a clean and organized dish station, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Perform cleaning assignments as needed, including trash removal and recycling.
  • Assist in food preparation, including food handling, storage, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with our Chef and Line Cooks to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Participate in catering deliveries, requiring a valid driver's license.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering a sense of community and respect among colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a convenience store or similar setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and food safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license for catering deliveries.
