We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a Residential Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders to live independently and maintain their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and community integration.
  • Provide evidence-based treatment and care to individuals in a group living environment.
  • Assist individuals with accessing transportation and completing required documentation.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and maintain a clean and safe physical environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
