Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and community integration.
- Provide evidence-based treatment and care to individuals in a group living environment.
- Assist individuals with accessing transportation and completing required documentation.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and maintain a clean and safe physical environment.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
