Radiologic Technologist II

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist II to join our team at Kaiser Permanente's Duluth Medical Office. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of standard radiographic procedures in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Responsibilities- Prepare patients for radiographic procedures by accurately assessing their needs and providing education.
- Perform radiographic and/or fluoroscopic procedures, ensuring accurate and timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled work.
- Operate computer and radiographic equipment for image production and documentation.
- Enter and complete patient information, including exam charges and supplies, into the Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Prepare films for interpretation by radiologists in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure quality, continuity, and appropriateness of care.
- Follow department procedures, policies, and regulations, including safety measures and infection control guidelines.
- One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Radiologic Technologist Certification.
- General knowledge of EH&S, OSHA, DHR, Radiation Safety, and Protection.
- Basic PC skills, including keyboarding and navigation.
