Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of laptop and desktop device management and troubleshooting, audio/video device troubleshooting, and basic knowledge of network.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow Knowledge: Good to have knowledge of ServiceNow.
