RequirementsEducation, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. BSN Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing.
2. 3 years clinical research experience.
3. Adheres to the American Nurses Association standards.
4. Strong attention to detail and customer service focus is required.
5. Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
6. Ability to work independently, or in a team, and handle multiple deadline-driven tasks in a dynamic environment is essential.
7. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
8. Review and comply with all relevant HMH and Business Unit policies and procedures, and local, state, and Federal laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications1. Education on human subject research and GCP (CITI Training and Certification).
2. Knowledge of clinical trials and the regulation (local, state, and federal) of such.
3. Familiarity with basic scientific and healthcare principles and terminology.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing tasks and demands.
License and Certifications Required1. Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license.
2. BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
Preferred Licenses and Certifications1. Certified Clinical Research Professional or Certified Clinical Research Coordinator.
