Our program is designed to provide you with the tools and resources you need to succeed as a registered nurse. You'll work alongside experienced nurses and educators who will guide you through the transition from student nurse to registered nurse. You'll have the opportunity to develop your clinical and critical thinking skills, and you'll be surrounded by a supportive community of colleagues who are committed to helping you succeed.
As a RN Resident, you'll have the chance to work in a variety of settings, including our cardiac stepdown unit. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in the cardiac stepdown unit
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the medical provider
Requirements:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
