As a RN Resident, you'll have the chance to work in a variety of settings, including our cardiac stepdown unit. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in the cardiac stepdown unit
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the medical provider

Requirements:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
