Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Specialist to join our team at Warranted Construction INC. As a key member of our maintenance and construction crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various projects.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for performing physical labor tasks at construction sites, including operating hand and power tools, cleaning and preparing sites, digging trenches, and erecting scaffolding.
  • Your duties will also include assisting other craft workers, tending pumps and compressors, lubricating machinery, and signaling equipment operators.
  • Additionally, you will read plans and instructions to determine work activities, measure and mark areas, and clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
  • You will also load, unload, and identify building materials, position structural components, and control traffic passing near work zones.
  • Other responsibilities may include installing pipes, operating air monitoring devices, smoothing freshly poured cement, and erector/dismantling scaffolding.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
