Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, assessing residents' needs and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

Requirements:

- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- 1+ year of experience in long-term care or a related field

What We Offer:

- Competitive hourly rate, $29-$39/hour, based on experience
- $4,500 sign-on bonus
- Flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time positions
