Job SummaryThis is a unique opportunity for a skilled RN to work in a dynamic acute care setting, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Provide expert wound care to patients in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Minimum 1-year wound care experience required
- Experience in acute care preferred
- Certificates Required - BLS
