Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Shuttle Driver to join our team at Hilton Madison Monona Terrace. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests to and from the airport, while providing exceptional customer service and representing our hotel in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome, and escort them to their destination in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Load and unload luggage, and navigate bell carts through the hotel and courtyard area.
  • Drive company vans to and from the airport, and perform other driving errands as assigned.
  • Deliver gifts and amenities to guest rooms, and maintain a professional image while at work.
  • Monitor company van maintenance requirements and communicate needs to management.
Requirements
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally in English.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to read English language sufficiently to ascertain information from luggage tags and claim checks.
  • Ability to grasp, lift, and carry or otherwise move packages and boxes and luggage up to 45 lbs continuously throughout shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
