Position Overview

The Product Line Analyst will serve as the expert and advocate for a designated product line within Chadwell Supply, focusing on the HVAC sector. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including Marketing, Purchasing, Renovations, and Sales, to ensure that our products are accurately represented and effectively promoted, providing customers with the necessary information for informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned product lines.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic marketing initiatives and pricing tactics.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new products to sales teams and online platforms.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for enhancement in sales and profit margins.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to introduce new products, manage promotions, and optimize inventory.
  • Work alongside the Pricing Analyst to establish competitive pricing strategies.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and purchasing motivations.
  • Evaluate customer feedback to forecast sales trends and seasonal demands.
  • Research market trends and consumer behavior to anticipate shifts in demand.
  • Assess the effectiveness of product displays, marketing materials, and digital outreach.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Analyst to analyze competitor offerings and identify new product opportunities.
