About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our team at TAIT & Associates, Inc. As a key member of our land development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop land development projects, including grading, drainage analysis, street design, and water distribution systems.
  • Prepare engineering drawings and construction documents to specified standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software to design and analyze projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in land development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • EIT certification.
  • Experience with commercial-retail projects.
