About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at St. David's Georgetown Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and accurate delivery of surgical services.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Completing thorough patient assessments and developing personalized care plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals
  • Participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 1 year of experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse
  • An Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • A current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification per St. David's Healthcare policy
