Your Responsibilities: As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our PRISM Compliance Management clientele. Your contributions will be vital to the successful implementation and adoption of our SaaS solutions, which includes understanding client requirements, establishing a robust project management framework, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful PRISM implementation.

As an IT Analyst/Project Manager, you are expected to exhibit exceptional communication abilities, a collaborative team approach, and a proactive mindset in managing client expectations and driving project success.

Early Morning Software, Inc. has successfully developed and deployed over 1,500 custom and/or Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software solutions for a diverse range of clients, including governmental entities and private sector organizations such as Local Municipalities, Housing Authorities, Transportation Departments, Educational Institutions, and various State and Federal Agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Project Plans for both new and existing clients in the deployment and support of PRISM.
  • Maintain comprehensive reporting on Project Status and overall Client Status.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of customer projects.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client value through upgrades, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Engage directly with Clients and internal resources essential for project success.
  • Analyze and interpret client requirements and align them with PRISM functionalities.
  • Configure client-specific instances of PRISM.
  • Oversee the creation of all necessary documentation and ensure the delivery of project outputs to clients.

Additional Duties May Include:

  • Facilitating training sessions for client users as needed.
  • Contributing to the knowledge base and best practices for the product.
  • Identifying and documenting potential product enhancements or new product concepts.
  • Collaborating with other business units (primarily support, customer success, and sales) to communicate product offerings to clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Project Management Office environment.
  • A minimum of 4 years in Technical Project Management roles.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Analyst.
  • A minimum of 2 years in Data Analysis and Integration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Product Implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated business and/or technical analysis capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in delivering COTS software projects.
  • Familiarity with HTML, SQL, Crystal Reports, and database design.
  • Experience with major ERP/Contract Management/Procurement Systems (e.g., ADP, Oracle, Paychex, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP).
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functionalities (e.g., macros).
  • Knowledge of supplier diversity and compliance management, supply chain management, contract management, procurement, and financial systems.
  • Experience in Business Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Agile Development methodologies.
  • Experience with SaaS software and web application troubleshooting and analysis.
