About the Role

Cisco is seeking a talented Hardware Engineer II Intern to join our team. As a Hardware Engineer II Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from circuit design to large system design, and see your contributions all the way through to high volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop hardware components, including ASICs, systems, and boards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product specifications and infrastructure needs
  • Work on network infrastructures and deliver business solutions and technology solutions from data, security, mobility, and cloud
  • Develop and implement hardware automation, validation, and test procedures
  • Ensure signal integrity and power design for hardware components
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient understanding of hardware engineering principles and experience with hardware design tools and software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
