Responsibilities
  • Understand the needs and financial concerns of clients and develop customized financial strategies to address them.

  • Promote our insurance and investment products to clients and help them make informed decisions about their financial security.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and help them achieve their financial goals through our insurance and investment products.
  • Develop and implement business and marketing plans to expand your client base and increase sales.
  • Deliver responsible business planning, insurance, and retirement education to clients through our high-quality life insurance, fixed annuities, securities, long-term care insurance, and other related products.
  • Acquire discretionary licenses to sell investments and other securities products centered on advanced planning and wealth management.
  • Participate in and complete our comprehensive training curriculum to build your professional skills and knowledge.

  • Sales experience preferred, with an enterprising mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks to identify contacts.
  • Perseverance in the face of a challenge and ability to articulate complicated concepts using superb written and verbal communication skills.
