Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Health Services to lead our clinical team. As the overall leader of the clinical team, you will be responsible for adhering to Ohio health and assisted living regulations, as well as representing the campus in all meetings involving residents, family, community, and corporate dealings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the clinical team and direction/coaching/training to nurse supervisors, RNs, LPNs, and RAs.
  • Represent the campus in all meetings involving residents, family, community, and corporate dealings.
  • Communicate effectively with the team 24/7.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
  • 5 or more years of nursing experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a direct care setting.
  • Assisted Living experience required.
