Key Responsibilities- Conduct professional-level healthcare provider recruitment efforts and related activities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new providers
- Perform research and analysis related to provider network requirements and identify opportunities for network expansion
- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to ensure provider contracts adhere to regulatory requirements
- Proficient in identifying, recruiting, and contracting with a diverse range of healthcare providers
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective providers through regular direct contact and effective communication
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare provider types
- Ability to develop and implement effective provider recruitment processes
- A competitive salary range of $60,312.30-$106,059.20 USD, depending on location
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, ample paid time off, and 12 paid holidays per year
