About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Provider Network Development Specialist to join our team at Central California Alliance for Health. As a key member of our Provider Services Department, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our provider network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional-level healthcare provider recruitment efforts and related activities
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new providers
  • Perform research and analysis related to provider network requirements and identify opportunities for network expansion
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to ensure provider contracts adhere to regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Proficient in identifying, recruiting, and contracting with a diverse range of healthcare providers
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective providers through regular direct contact and effective communication
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare provider types
  • Ability to develop and implement effective provider recruitment processes
