Job Description

Community Health Centers of America is seeking a skilled Primary Care Specialist to diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze patient information to develop accurate diagnoses and create effective treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and recommend diagnostic or therapeutic interventions as needed.
  • Provide education to patients on self-management of acute or chronic illnesses and schedule follow-up visits to monitor progress.
  • Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses.

Requirements

  • Maste's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification and appropriate licensures or certifications.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening and critical thinking abilities.
  • Social perceptiveness and monitoring skills.
