Job Description
Community Health Centers of America is seeking a skilled Primary Care Specialist to diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze patient information to develop accurate diagnoses and create effective treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and recommend diagnostic or therapeutic interventions as needed.
- Provide education to patients on self-management of acute or chronic illnesses and schedule follow-up visits to monitor progress.
- Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses.
Requirements
- Maste's degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current BLS/ACLS certification and appropriate licensures or certifications.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening and critical thinking abilities.
- Social perceptiveness and monitoring skills.
