Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit team at NYU Langone Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill pediatric patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical judgment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify priorities, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with advances in pediatric critical care and nursing practices.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York State.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association.
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Membership in pertinent professional organizations.
