ELEMENTARY EDUCATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST Part Time

Northside Education, Inc. is seeking a part-time Elementary Education Support Specialist for grades K-6. This role is designed to assist lead educators in fostering a productive and engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ethical standards and collaborate effectively to ensure a safe, respectful, and nurturing atmosphere for all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lead educators with lesson planning, instructional delivery, and classroom management.
  • Provide individualized or small group instruction to enhance student learning.
  • Contribute to the intellectual and character development of each student.
  • Monitor student behavior and discipline in alignment with the educational institution's mission to cultivate virtuous and responsible individuals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience working with children is essential.
