Our Miami facility is a state-of-the-art research center, staffed by experienced clinical research professionals, including board-certified physicians. We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment that values diversity, innovation, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with study participants during both inpatient and outpatient visits.
  • Conduct clinical data collection, including vital signs, ECG recordings, and anthropometric measurements.
  • Manage laboratory specimen collection, processing, and shipment as required.
  • Monitor telemetry and identify dysrhythmias in study participants.
  • Administer medications and meals to study subjects during their visits.
  • Complete shift reports and ensure a smooth handover to the next licensed staff member.
  • Address any conflicts among subjects during overnight stays and document incidents appropriately.
  • Respond to medical emergencies by implementing safety protocols and notifying the Medical Director or Investigator.
  • Review and sign off on electrocardiograms, promptly communicating significant findings to the Principal Investigator.
  • Accurately record collected data in source documents and address any necessary corrections.
  • Be available for on-call or onsite coverage as needed, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must hold a valid medical license as an EMT/Paramedic and be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in computer usage and typing.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
