Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MIG Welder to join our team at a well-established steel company in Lakeland, FL. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for welding, burning cope, and punching as needed to meet product specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Operate MIG welders and other equipment to weld steel materials
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • 2G GMAW (regular hardwire) and 4G FCAW (fluxcore) certification
  • Relevant vocational training or equivalent experience
  • Welding certificate required
  • Standard PPE including steel toe boots or shoes, welding hoods, and gloves
What We Offer
  • $19.00 - $21.00/hour depending on experience
  • Regular schedule of Monday – Saturday, 6:55am – 5:00pm
