Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team at WorkerBee's Staffing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various welding techniques and possess the ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols
  • Execute welding tasks using MIG, Flux Core, Stick welding techniques
  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures, components, and equipment
  • Conduct pipe threading and soldering as needed
  • Utilize power tools, micrometers, forklifts, and other equipment effectively
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Record production output accurately

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in MIG, Flux Core welding
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build and fabricate sheet metal components
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments like micrometers
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial setting

Work Schedule and Compensation

This position offers a competitive pay scale based on experience

Monday to Friday

4:00 pm - 2:00 am
