We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Treasury Analyst to contribute to our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal entities, executing internal funding wires, and ensuring accurate cash management across various internal accounts. This role involves working closely with colleagues to move funds as needed and reconciling bank statements to maintain financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage legal entities and execute internal funding wires.
- Collaborate with colleagues to pull funds from budgets and move money to different internal accounts.
- Work within a team of four, including one Senior Analyst, focusing on third-party payments.
- Utilize the Treasury Management System (Quantum) for cash management tasks.
- Experience with any cash management system, such as Kyriba, is required.
- Receive and reconcile bank statements, ensuring basic cash management accuracy.
- Run reports, move cash, and balance end-of-day transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze reports to track payments sent to various accounts/teams on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Use a separate bank portal to determine the categorization and usage of funds.
- 2+ years of experience in cash management, treasury, or related fields within banking or financial institutions.
- Experience handling large value payments (in millions).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including navigation and VLOOKUP functions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
