- Clinical Operations
- Oversee clinical operations across ambulatory services, ensuring high-quality patient care

- Education and Experience
- Board-certified MD or DO in any specialty
- Advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MHA, MS, MBA) in a related field (highly desired)
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical operations at a large healthcare organization or integrated delivery system
- Leadership and Skills
- Proven leadership experience in improving access and patient experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
