Job Overview

Position: Steward – Food & Beverage

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and rinse soiled dishes, glassware, cutlery, and various cooking tools, placing them in racks for the dishwashing machine.
  • Arrange and stack sanitized dishes appropriately.
  • Transport clean dishes to the cooking area and designated storage locations.
  • Manually wash pots, pans, and trays as needed.
  • Dispose of waste and refuse in the designated containers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of mats by rolling and unrolling them.
  • Prepare soak-tubs with appropriate cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
  • Perform sweeping and mopping of floors.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions effectively.
  • Capable of lifting weights ranging from 10 to 25 pounds regularly.
  • Availability for full-time shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
