Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate a diverse range of classes for gym members and visitors
  • Create workouts that are both challenging and engaging, while prioritizing safety
  • Motivate participants to maintain their fitness journey and support them in making healthy lifestyle choices
  • Market programs, classes, and memberships through various channels
  • Provide outstanding customer service in line with company standards
  • Conduct individual sessions with clients for setting and reviewing fitness goals
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid certification as a personal trainer or fitness instructor
  • Understanding of human anatomy, exercise methods, and biomechanics is preferred
  • Certification in first aid and CPR
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and motivating demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
