Position Overview:

The Milk Makeup Sales & Events Specialist serves as a freelance representative for our brand, focusing on our partnerships with Sephora. We are in search of a dedicated brand advocate, knowledgeable in the beauty industry, and a creative thinker. The ideal candidate will excel in education, be sales-oriented to drive business growth in Philadelphia, and be deeply committed to brand initiatives that foster love and recognition.

This is a part-time role.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Daily Sales Targets
  • Maintain brand image and operational excellence
  • Report merchandising and inventory concerns to the Supervisor
  • Provide feedback to the Regional Sales & Education Executive following each engagement
  • Enhance brand visibility and loyalty by nurturing relationships with Sephora leadership and Beauty Advisors
  • Educate Sephora Beauty Advisors on new product launches
  • Engage with clients in-store
