The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Operations Technician to join our team on nights. The technician will work within a team environment and be responsible for the operation of miscellaneous processes supporting the production of bearings.

Key Responsibilities
- Uses hand tools, standard measuring equipment, and gauges to assemble bearings and other parts in accordance with the planning instructions provided
- Operates basic machining, grinding, and polishing equipment to ensure high-quality parts
- Performs cleaning processes to clean, deburr, and polish parts

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in bench assembly, turning, grinding, roller matched set sorting, and/or tape polishing
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprint drawings

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (4 inches to 25 inches)
- Capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds
- A grip strength of at least 50 pounds
- Able to reach above the shoulder (65 inches)
