We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our team at The Pivot Group, where you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in precision measurement and quality assurance to drive innovation and excellence.

About the Role:

  • Program and optimize CMM systems using Calypso software to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production needs.
  • Perform dimensional inspections to validate and optimize components and assemblies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop measurement strategies and ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Analyze and interpret data, creating actionable insights to support product launches.
  • Troubleshoot measurement challenges and implement innovative solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance metrology processes, driving efficiency and reliability.
  • Oversee and maintain metrology equipment, ensuring it operates at peak performance.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on metrology best practices.

What We Offer:

$105,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package.
