Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Healthcare. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive speech-language services to students, collaborating with educators and families, and contributing to the academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech-language services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve students' communication skills
  • Communicate with parents and educators to ensure that students receive consistent and effective support
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active/Pending OR State SLP licensure
  • Oregon Department of Education certification (reimbursement can be provided)
