Welcome to Keene State College, a public liberal arts institution situated in the heart of New England. We are seeking an experienced Event Scheduling and Communication Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a salaried staff position that reports to the University System of New Hampshire. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing the 25Live Scheduling System, providing training to faculty and staff, and coordinating internal communication efforts related to college events.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in scheduling spaces. They should also have experience with Scheduling Software, preferably 25Live, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, written, and oral skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, and students.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the 25Live Scheduling System, ensuring its optimal use for the college community
  • Provide training to faculty and staff on the 25Live System, increasing their knowledge and efficiency in reserving campus spaces
  • Coordinate internal communication efforts related to college events, developing communication plans to promote and highlight key events
  • Curate engaging and informative event content for internal communication channels, including intranet, emails, and other platforms
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in scheduling spaces
  • Experience with Scheduling Software, preferably 25Live
  • Strong organizational, written, and oral skills
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, and students
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, retirement, tuition, and paid time off.
