Description: Dartmouth Health is hiring a Patient Flow Manager to oversee the efficient management of patient flow, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment management
- Verify availability of lab, x-ray, or procedure reports for providers
- Update medical records and perform medication reconciliation
- Manage task lists and perform pre-certification for tests and procedures
Education and Certification:
- Medical Assistant certification within 3 months
- Maintain current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively at all levels
Compensation:
$52,000 - $65,000 per year, with a competitive benefits package.
