Fiscal Assistant

JobsRUs is seeking a highly skilled Fiscal Assistant to join our team in the Watertown, NY area. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable and payroll processes with precision and expertise.

• Manage and process accounts payable and payroll functions with accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with the Fiscal Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure all negotiated contracts are paid as agreed upon and maintain immaculate records for both accounts payable and payroll
• Assist in the hiring and onboarding process and adhere to company policies
• Collaborate with the team to achieve financial goals and objectives

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Accounting with 2 years' experience in accounts payable and payroll
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
